2/14 Baigens 31.7.63 II
House. C16, reclad in the early C19, with minor C20 changes. Brick walls of Flemish and Flemish Garden Wall bond, with cambered and rubbed flat arches, plinth. Half-hipped tiled roof with gables, catslide at rear, at the west side extended to a lower eaves above an outshot; massive tapered stack at the east end. South front: 2 storeys; 4 windows. Casements. Plain doorway, surrounded by a porch of greenery on a wire frame. Interior: the framework is exposed, and there is a series of mural paintings of Elizabethan date.
