Former chapel, mid C19. Coursed stone on plinth. Hipped Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows, round-arched in stone surrounds with impost blocks. Drip mould to ground floor windows and central doorway which has 6-panel double door and fanlight. Stone plaque above door: BETHEL in relief Egyptian lettering. Subsidiary 6 panel door, with oblong fanlight, at left. 4-storey rear elevation to Beckside has small outhouse at left and cast iron area railings.
