House. C16, C20. The original block has a hipped roof, with gablets: the upper walls have exposed framing (jettied at the south end) with brick infill, and the lower walls are of brickwork in English bond, with a high plinth. Tiled roof. Cross-shaped building, of which the north-south arm is the original 4-bay timber framed house, and the east and west arms are recent extensions, in matching scale. Generally 2-storeyed, but with ½-dormers and full dormers. Casements, and a C20 timber-framed porch. The west wing has a ½-hipped roof, hipped dormers and tile-hung upper walls: the east wing has brick walls.
