House. 1653 on datestone. For Richard Hutchinson. Rendered
rubble, stone slate roof. 2-cell direct-entry plan. 2 storeys, 2-first
floor windows. Board door in moulded stone surround with date inscription
to lintel flanked by 2-light double-chamfered mullioned windows. First
floor: small boarded opening, possibly a pigeoncote, flanked by 2-light
Yorkshire sashes. Gable coping, shaped kneelers, end stacks.
