Barn. C17. Timber-framed on brick and lias limestone rubble plinth, weatherboarded with corrugated iron roof. Four framed bays aligned north/south; wagon bay second from south gable end has opposed cart entries and double doors. West elevation: two doors to north of wagon bay and loft door to south.

Interior: wall-frame of three panels from sill to wall-plate, short straight upper braces, collar and tie-beam trusses at gable ends with three struts and V-strut in apex; intermediate tie-beam trusses with two raking struts, single tier of trenched purlins and some swept wind-braces; rafters all removed.

Large C17 barn in prominent situation.

Crutch Farmhouse is not included.
