5/97 The Moor
GV II
Farmhouse. Probably C18, possibly with earlier origins. Square sand- stone rubble and sandstone dressings, hipped Welsh slate roof and external rubble end stacks. Two storeys and attic. Five bays aligned roughly north/ south. East elevation has three windows to first floor, the inner pair being blind, C20 casements; ground floor windows are sashes; two hipped dormers with early C20 casements each of two lights, central entry through mid-C19 porch and contemporary 3-panelled door with fanlight; lean-to extension to left has 2-light casement. Attached to rear of right hand side is a granary wing with tallet stairs on its north side.
