House. c1800 with earlier origins. Colourwashed brick, with rubble stone plinth and walling in part, and Welsh and Swithland slate roof with 3 colourwashed brick ridge stacks. Long range of 2 builds. 2 storeys of a 2-light and 2 3-light centre-opening casements. On ground floor, from left, a carriageway opening, 1-light plank door with flat canopy, and 3 3-light centre-opening casements, the last 2 with top lights. 2 storey wing to rear. Chamfered beams and inglenook inside. Included for group value.
