Farmhouse now house. c.1700 with later alterations and additions. Red brick; shaped tile roof; brick integral end stacks. T-shaped plan, main range aligned north-east/south-west facing south-east, rear wing aligned north-west/south-east. 2 storeys with first-floor band and moulded eaves cornice; 4 bays; casements with segmental heads, 2-storey canted bay window to right; C20 porch to left of centre with half-glazed door and fanlight, open pediment and fluted pilasters. Interior: Left hand front room has ceiling beam with very wide chamfers, chamfered and stopped joists and re-set C18 wall panelling; roof trusses consist of tie beam, collar, two pairs of purlins and ridge piece; timber framed partition walls.
