infill and arch braces; brick ground floor; old tile roof; brick stacks. 2-unit
plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. C20 door. 2-light casements are C19 except C20
to left. Gabled roof; left ridge and right end stacks. Interior noted as
retaining original features.
