Farmhouse. Early C18. Flint rubble with brick quoins and dressings; old tile roof; flint and brick stacks finished in brick. L-plan with rear right wing. 2 storeys and attic; 5-bay range. C18 six-panelled (2 glazed) door set in early C18 architrave with carved brackets to segmental hood. Gauged brick flat arches over C20 two-light casements: first-floor flat arches over similar casements and blocked window over door. Roof dormers with C20 casements. Gabled roof; symmetrical end stacks. Rear wing of 2 storeys; 2-window range of similar materials with gabled roof: tile lean-to roof over brick dairy to rear. Interior: chamfered and stopped beams, timber-frame partitions. 6-panelled doors set in bolection-moulded architraves with pulvinated friezes. 4-panelled door set in segmental-arched doorway to cellar. Central dog-leg with landing stairs with wreathed handrail and turned balusters on open string: panelled dado. Landing has moulded cornice. Winder stairs to original 3-bay roof with curved windbraces.
