1. 5018 IVER LANE (South Side) COWLEY Nos 73 & 75 TQ 0582 22/314 II GV 2. - Mid C19 building, one storey in front but with a full basement storey behind. Hipped slate roof with deep eaves. Painted brick walls. 2 sash windows, with glazing bars, at each side of a projecting brick centre bay which holds 2 doors and a small window. Group value.
[The Shovel Inn, the Toll House and Nos 73 & 75 form a group.
