Estate Cottage, mid-C19 with Gothic detailing. 2 storeys. Red brick walls, fish-scale slated roof.' Oversailing verges with bargeboards having undulating soffits. Cream terracotta drum-type chimney shafts with diaper ornament, on red brick base. Wrought iron small-pane casements; those at first floor have. gabled dormer heads. 3-sided corner entrance porch with gabled roof and boarded door having oval fanlight above.
