- II
Farmhouse, now house and flat. Late C17. Coursed knapped flint with brick dressings; old tile roof; brick stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys and attic; 5-window range. Gauged brick flat arch over C18 six-panelled (2 glazed) door set in heavy wood frame with overlight: early C20 porch. Similar arches over late C19 sashes with leaded lights and 2-light leaded cross windows. Brick string course. 3 late C19 roof dormers with leaded lights. Gabled M-shaped roof; symmetrical end external stacks. Late C19 and early C20 extensions in similar style to rear. Interior: chamfered and stopped beams; chamfered bressumer over open fireplace to left. Collar-truss roof. Window in left wall of cellar has medieval stained glass from Church of St. Leonard, Watlington.
