GV II
House, early C19 incorporating earlier building, painted ashlar front with stone tiled roof, coped gables and end wall stacks. Two storeys to front, 3 to rear. Four-window front range with moulded cornice and parapet. Three upper 12-pane sashes and one escape door, 2 ground floor 12-pane sashes, centre door and to open segmental arches to left. Rubble stonework with 3-light mullion window within arcade. Rubbled stone building to left with coped gable and end wall stack. One bead-moulded mullion window to rear of C18 type. Main range rear has small fragment of dripmoulding at ground floor ri-ght end: Rebuilt as part of the extensions to the private asylum at Kingsdown House recorded from the C18 but stated in 1815 as having been in existence for 200 years.
