House. C17 and mid C18. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings; old plain-tile roof with brick stacks. 3-unit baffle-entry plan. One storey plus attics. 3-light C20 casements to left and right of plank door with further 2-light casement to right, all with ashlar dressings and segmental-arched heads; the door has a flat keystone arch curving down to the jambs. A second door has been inserted immediately to the left. Over the windows are 2-light hipped dormers. There is an ashlar off-set to the plinth, an eaves cove and a flush storey-band. The plinth returns round the left gable to the middle of the rear wall where there is a straight joint and a small blocked oval window in line with the stack. A C19 brick extension to right obscures the chamfered angle terminating in a moulded stop on the band. "W W/76(?)" on the left gable. Interior: open fireplace with chamfered and stopped bressumer, probably C17.
