Details
POLSTEAD THE HILL 1. 5377 (north-west side) Arborette TL 9938 62/867 II GV 2. Originally a mediaeval hall house. A timber-framed and plastered building with a thatched roof. One storey and attics. Small casement windows. Two dormers on the front. Ridge chimney stack and an external stack at the north-east end. The roof has smoke blackened timbers.
