House Mid C14. Stone uncoursed rubble plinth; stone uncoursed rubble to ground
floor end of cross-wing to right; irregular timber-framing with brick infill'
mostly painted; thatch roof, hall-hipped to cross-wing; C20 brick lateral stack
to left return of cross-wing; stone end stack with C20 brick flue to left.
Single-ended hall house. Single-storey-and-attic, 2-bay range with 2-storey,
3-bay cross-wing. C20 door to right of main range at junction with cross-wing.
Irregular fenestration of casements. Swept dormer to left of centre. Right
return: first floor has tension braces. Interior not inspected but noted as
having cruck truss to former hall range, and crown-post roof to cross-wing.
