A large C16-C17 timber-framed and plastered building with cross wings
projecting to the south-west at the north-west and south-east ends and
most of the timber-framing exposed. The roof is tiled and hipped on
the cross wings. There are 2 fine original stacks, one with 6 and the
other with 4 octagonal shafts with spur caps and moulded bases on bases
with moulded terra cotta ornamental panels on the front. Two storeys.
Three window range on the front, of 3-light bar and transom casements
with leaded lights. The house stands on the site of an earlier hall.
