House, formerly a public house and two cottages. Early C19. Timber-framed, C20 rendering with incised panels; an oak tree in high relief, coloured, on the centre front: double roman tiles. Two storeys. Two internal chimney-stacks with plain shafts of old red brick. Four three-light casement windows to the upper floor with two horizontal bars to lights; one small single-light window with cross glazing bars. Five casement windows to the ground floor, all three-light, two with a single bar to lights, the remainder with three horizontal bars. A simple plank door up a flight of brick steps and a further entrance door in the left gable end. Included for Group Value.
