Details
WHATFIELD SEMER ROAD 1. 5377 Hill Farmhouse TM 04 NW 38/985 II 2. A C17 timber-framed and plastered building with a cross wing at the north end. Much altered in the C19 when the cross wing was faced in gault brick. Roof tiled, hipped at the south end. Two storeys. The upper storey of the main block is jettied on the front on exposed joists. The main block has 2 window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars and boarded shutters to the ground storey windows. The cross wing has modern casements.
