FELIXSTOWE HIGH ROAD EAST TM 33 NW (north side) 2/15 Old Hall Farmhouse 21.6.49 II Farmhouse, early C19 with extensive C20 additions to rear. Red brick of irregular bonds, plaintile roof. 2 storeys. 3-bay symmetrical facade. Sashes with glazing bars below cambered brick arches. Central doorway, fluted pilasters support small flat canopy over frieze of 3 quatrefoils in raised rectangles dentil cornice. 6-panel door. Wood modillion eaves cornice.
