3 houses. 1890. By William Owen. Brick with tile-hung gable and hipped tile roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays, the 3rd projects under jettied tile-hung gable with porch to left under cat-slide roof. Ground floor windows have gauged brick cambered arches and most are sashed with upper glazing bars; 1st bay has paired sashes, 3rd bay has 3-light casement with transom and upper small panes with central arch. 1st floor has windows with small-paned casements; 1st bay has hipped half-dormer with 4-light window, 2nd and 4th bays have light flat-topped half-dormers, 3rd bay has 4- light canted oriel. Entrance has stone lintel, 3-panel door with small-paned light and flanking light. Boot scraper. 3 stacks. Returns similar, that to right longer. Rear similar, 2 lateral stacks, Some of the earliest houses built in Port Sunlight.
