Shown on O. S. map as Middle Farm. Farmhouse, dated 1669 on fireplace, rubble stone with slate roof, coped gables and end wall stacks. Two and a half storeys, double fronted. 2 coped dormer gables with 2-light recessed ovolo-mullion windows and hoodmoulds. Windows to main floors have hoodmoulds over 3-light casements replacing mullion windows. Central C20 6-panel door with stone hood over. Interior: chamfered and stopped centre beams, scratch-moulded joists and fine east side Tudor-arched moulded fireplace with fleur-de-lys stops and 1669 carved in spandrels. Formerly known as Middle Hill Farmhouse.
