(Formerly listed as Abraxas and cottage to north, previously listed as Cottage next but one north to Albany House and Cottage adjacent Players).

Pair of cottages in row. Mid C18. Limestone ashlar front, tiled roof, gable end brick stacks. Two storey, 3-window. Central Gibbs surround to through entry, to left is 4-panelled door and 3-light steel casement, to right is C20 door to Barham Cottage and pair of 15-pane sashes. Plat band to first floor; central 16-pane sash in Gibbs surround with 16-pane sash either side in moulded stone architraves. Rear and interiors not accessible at time of survey (December 1985). One of several houses rebuilt following the fire of 1754.
