Pair of cottages in row. Mid C18. Limestone ashlar front, tiled roof, gable end brick stacks. Two storey, 3-window. Central Gibbs surround to through entry, to left is 4-panelled door and 3-light steel casement, to right is C20 door to Barham Cottage and pair of 15-pane sashes. Plat band to first floor; central 16-pane sash in Gibbs surround with 16-pane sash either side in moulded stone architraves. Rear and interiors not accessible at time of survey (December 1985). One of several houses rebuilt following the fire of 1754.
