14/3/66 (formerly listed as Nos 31 and 31A Water Hall)

G.V. II

House. Dated 1719 with later additions and substantially altered in 1915. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Stone slate roof with gable copings on cut kneelers. Later, ashlar gable stacks. 2 storeys. Central, C20 stone gabled porch in keeping. One 4-light window to each side, ground floor, and to one 3-light window to each side, 1st floor, all double chamfered. To the left is a lower addition, with stone upper floor and brick ground floor and raised quoins. 3-light windows probably c.1915. Small round arched fire-window to left and also to right gable.

To rear is central doorway with moulded surround and Tudor arched deep lintel inscribed I B 1719. Above is plaque dated 1915. To each side is a 1915 two-storey canted bay with parapet and chamfered windows. To the rear of the addition is a further extension of similar character to the bays.
