Terrace of 4 houses. 1891. By William Owen. Brick with stone dressings, tile-hanging with fishscale bands and tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays; 2nd bay projects under jettied tile-hung gable. Weathered base; deep eaves. Most windows have small-paned casements, except those to 1st and 2nd bays of ground floor, which have gauged-brick cambered arches and sashes with upper glazing bars, paired to 2nd bay. 3rd bay of ground floor has canted oriel of 3 + 3 lights. 1st floor has 4-light canted oriel to 2nd bay; flanking bays have gableted windows in tile-hung surrounds; of 3 lights to left and 2 + 2 lights to right. Entrances have stone lintels, plank doors and recessed bootscrapers, that to right of 2nd bay in lateral lean-to porch with tile-hanging, that to 3rd bay has flanking light and cornice. 2 cross-axial stacks.
