Terrace of 8 houses. 1906.By J. Lomax Simpson. Plaster on brick base, tile-hanging and tile roof. 2 storeys, 8 bays. 1st bay recessed, 2nd bay projects by one bay, 3rd to 7th bays have 1st floor jettied on braced posts, 8th bay projects by one bay under half-hipped gable, the 1st floor jettied. 3rd to 7th bays have tile-hung 1st floor, other bays have timber bands. Windows have leaded casements, mostly of 4 lights. End bay has 6-light rectangular bay window with 4-light central bow, carried up to 1st floor. 2nd bay has half-hipped dormer; 3rd, 4th, 6th and 7th bays have gablets; 5th bay has flat-topped half dormer. Entrances have small-paned lights; inner returns to 2nd and 8th bays have hipped canopies. 3 cross-axial stacks and 2 return lateral stacks. Rear similar, gabled 1st floor, small-paned casements.
