C17 2 storey 5 window sandstone building with splayed plinth. It has been sympathetically restored. Probably original 4-centred arched splayed doorway on left hand side with modern boarded oak door. 2-light windows with splayed stone mullions and leaded lights and ashlar chimney stack are later additions. Heraldic Warwick crest on cast lead rainwater head. Gablet in centre appears to be site of pulley block for original malt house. Old tiles.
All the listed buildings in Mill Street (both sides) form a group.
