2. Early-mid C19. Long range of 2-storey stock brick buildings in slightly differing planes. Six sections of 3,6,3,6,6 and 10 windows. The third section from left seems oldest and projects slightly; it has stone quoins, first floor band and main entrance. Slated roofs (some low, some moderate pitch) with eaves soffit and stucco cornice. Gauged flat brick arches and stucco-lined reveals to sash windows with glazing bars in right parts and to long casements with transoms elsewhere. Round-arched carriage entrance in rusticated stucco panel in right section. Main entrance of circa 1900 has semi-circular pedimented hood on freestanding Tuscan columns over double door with sidelights and fanlight. At left a projecting wing of similar date: one tall storey with rounded hipped gambrel roof and sprocketed eaves broken by tall windows. Behind this a hip-roofed building in the general style.
