4/36 1 Fairbourne Manor Cottages and Lilliput Cottage GV II

House, now farm cottages. C19 front to C17 or earlier building. Ground floor coursed stone to right end and right side elevation, chequered red and grey brick to rest. Fishscale tiles to first floor. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and garret with half-hipped roof. Red brick stack in front slope of roof almost at left end and ridge stack almost at right end. Irregular fenestration of 3 windows; 2 glazing-bar sashes and one lower-set single glazed light. C20 brick lean-to in English bond with plain tile roof to left half, between 2 first floor windows, with 2 half-glazed doors; to Liliput Cottage in left end and to No. 1 to right end. Further half-glazed door in C20 single-storey red brick rear extension to right. Interior not inspected.
