G.V. II

House. Early C17, with early C18 extension. Large dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. South front. All are double chamfered mullioned windows. To left, cross-wing breaks forward, has 5-light window with hoodmould with decorative circular label stops. Over, 2 cross-windows lacking mullions. Stone to apex has blocked hole. Left hand return wall of wing has extruded stack. Right hand return wall of wing has pointed arched doorway with composite jambs and chamfered surround. Hall range has 8-light window with king mullion to househody with 6-light window over with king mullion, (4 + 2). 6-light window with king mullion with similar over. This end ruinous. Rear has outshut of 1½ storeys. Attached to eastern end is 2-storey porch with depressed arched lintel, inner door is dated 1721. Outshut has 6-light window with 2-light chamfered window over. Cross-window lights stair. To left of porch 3-light window.
