House. Early C19. Brick with south and east elevation of lined stucco. Hipped slate roofs. Clustered stone ridge stacks on rendered stone bases. Rusticated quoins. 2 storeys plus attic. T-plan. Entrance into east end. 6-panelled door with moulded architrave. Fluted pilaster surround. Greek Doric porch. Entrance is flanked by tall sash windows with stone cased surrounds and floating cornices. Glazing bars. First floor has 3 sashes with stone cased surrounds and glazing bars (12 panes altogether). Central window is blocked. South elevation: 5-window range altogether. Advanced gable fronted bay to right of 2-window width is of 2 storeys plus attic. Ball gable finial. Ground floor has 4 sash windows and a doorway. All with stone cases. The windows have floating cornices and glazing bars. First floor has 5 sashes with stone cased surrounds and glazing bars. 2 have floating cornices. Attic to right has small eliptical headed window. Moulded stone cornice at first floor. Moulded wood eaves cornice. Interior: Regency and Victorian fireplaces. Moulded ceiling bands. Decorated architraves. Stone flag floor in cellar.
