Details
1. 5410 WROUGHTON BAKERS ROAD (south-east side) Woodham House SU 1480 23/516 26.1.55 II GV
2. Early to mid C19. Two storeys stucco villa with slate roof. Main part 3 windows, tripartite glazing bar sash windows with bracketted cornices on 1st floor. Two angled bays with cornices and blocking courses. Moulded brackets to moulded eaves cornice. Gable end brick chimneys. Central 6 panel door with wide pedimented doorpiece, fluted pilasters and open pediment into which with wide segmental radiating and wreathed fanlight. Side lights. Lower 2 storey staff wing to right, 3 windows on 1st floor, 2 on ground floor, moulded eaves cornice with brackets flanking windows. Two storey later wing at an angle to left. To rear centre part has ashlar band over ground floor, ashlar coping and a rounded corner to right. Low stone boundary wall to road.
