8/103 Supply Stores, Supply Stores House. Lower Flat Oast View and Upper Flat 26.4.68. Oast View (Formerly listed as The Supply Stores) GV II

House, now house, flats and shop. Late C18 facade to earlier building. Timber-framed. Front elevation clad in painted mathematical tiles, left side elevation tile-hung. Wing rendered with weatherboarded right side elevation. Plain tile roof. Range parallel to street with cross wing projecting to front at right end. 2 storeys and attic with moulded wood eaves cornice. Wing has moulded bargeboards forming pedimented gable. Roof half- hipped to left. Brick ridge stack at right end of main range. Very tall C20 dormer to left of stack. Segmental-headed attic casement to wing. Regular fenestration of 2 glazing-bar sashes to main range and 2, close-set, to wing. Door to centre of main range with 6 fielded panels and 2 top lights, with fluted Doric pilasters, plain frieze, and flat hood with dentilled cornice. Late C19 shop front to ground floor of wing. Tile-hung rear lean-to, with short 2-storey weatherboarded central wing, possibly a stair turret. Interior not inspected.
