House and cottage, formerly several cottages. Late C16/early C17; Old Manor Cottage possible C17/C18. Coursed squared ironstone. Thatched roofs of water reed with straw ridges; The Old Manor has coped gable parapets; stone ridge stack at junction has two ashlar shafts with moulded cornice; Old Manor Cottage has brick end stack. L-plan, with Old Manor Cottage forming wing to right. The Old Manor is two storeys and attic; two-window range. Splayed angle has half-glazed four-panelled door and hood mould. Stone double-chamfered mullioned windows with hood moulds. Three-light late C20 window to left. two-light central staircase window. Single light above door. Eyebrow dormer has two-light staircase casement with horizontal glazing bar. Interior noted as having open fireplace.
Old Manor Cottage is one storey and attic. Main front is to left return side. One-window range. Central late C20 half-glazed door. Late C20 three-light mullioned window to left. Single staircase light and two-light window to right. Single light above. Gable end has late C20 two-light casements with concrete lintels. Interior not inspected.
