6/50 Musbrook Cottage/No. 14 20/02/67 (The former was previously Listed as Mushbrook Cottage) GV II
Pair of cottages. Late C16, C17 and early C19. Timber framed and plastered. Musbrook Cottage is of 2 storeys with gabled pegtile roof with stack between 2 properties. The first floor has 2 double hung sash windows with small panes over 2 similar windows and central door with flat hood. No. 14 is of one storey with attics with gabled pegtile roof and one gabled dormer in front slope. Central door with flight of steps and C20 metal casement window with small panes either side. Both units were originally single storey with Musbrook raised in early C19. No. 14 has heavy stop chamfered ceiling beams and jowled posts of late C16 date.
