House. Late C16 to right return and rear, main front mid/late C18. Coursed and dressed rubble stone, tiled hipped roof, 2 stone stacks projecting at each end. L-shape range with additional extension to right. 3 storeys and cellar/basement. 5 windows, glazing bar sashes with stone lintels and keystones. Central panelled door with pedimented door case on consoles and with dropped triple keystone. 2 stone steps up to door. On right return 2 stone mullioned windows and projecting square 2-storey porch with blocked doorway and arched stone window above. On rear facade, projecting gabled wing of L shape has triple-light arched windows on each floor, with stone mullions on ground floor. Main range has large arched window with Gothick tracery on first floor. Formerly the home of the Wyrhall family who were hereditary foresters.
