II
Former Forest Lodge, now private house. Late C17. Squared rubblestone, slate roof, 2 end stacks, wing to right with asbestos stone slates. 2 storeys and attic. Single range with 2 rear adjoining projecting gables, 2-storey hipped porch to front, lower wing to right with C20 flat roofed extension behind. 2 windows, 3- light wooden casements with 2-light casement in central porch. Large stone lintels to similar windows on ground floor. 2 gabled dormers. Porch has C20 door. Although this house has been restored it is still a good and unspoilt early example of one of the Forest Lodges.
