House, early C19. Red brick, Flemish bond to front and side, asbestos slate roof. Two rooms deep, gable chimneys, single-span roof, two storeys. Symmetrical facade, three windows wide. Six-panelled door with fielded upper and flush lower panels, set in square-headed panelled reveals. Marked projection to gabled hood, with console brackets, on flat pilasters, fluted in upper half only. 'Capital' formed by moulding, with guttae above, below consoles. Windows have stone sills, and five stone voussoirs, with stepped upper surface and slightly projecting keystone. Upper windows original, 15-pane sash. Lower windows single-pane sashes. Eaves dentil oversailing course, with minimal projection, centre course brick-on-edge.
