Detached house: early C19: roughly squared rubble stone, brick chimney stack, tiled roof, stone slate in diminishing courses on rear slope. 3 rooms wide, 2-storey plus attic. Rough rendered gabled porch left of centre, square-headed opening with timber lintel; boarded door at back to house. 2-light casement window to left, iron opening light, with cambered brick-on-edge arch over. Similar window to right; beyond boarded door. First floor similar window slightly to left of porch ridge, one each over window and door to right of porch. Chimney on left gable: former single-bay extension on left in ruins. Porch gives onto main room, large fireplace with rack, and salt cupboard over. Two narrow rooms to right, straight-flight stair at back of first. House on bank of River Severn.
