II
Farmhouse; early C19; Flemish bond brickwork on ashlar plinth, clay-tiled roof. 3 windows wide, 2 rooms deep, rear under catslide, with wing at right angles. Two-and-a-half storeys. 4- pane wide sash windows, equally spaced, pattern offset to left slightly. Stone sills, stepped stone voussoirs. 6-panel front door, lower fielded, upper glazed: steep segmental hood to door on brackets, with fretwork infill to front. Dentil eaves course, with 2 oversailing courses below dentils: dentils hidden by fascia. Chimneys on each gable, within envelope of building. Right-hand gable random-rubble stone.
