II
House: probably early C18 altered and extended early C19; brick with irregular bond, tiled roof. L-plan, 3 windows wide including gabled wing; two-and-a-half storeys. Projecting gable on right one window per floor, 2-light casement with Gothic tracery to heads; flat brick lintel, carved head as keystone to first floor window: brick-on-edge lintel only to attic window in gable: chimney on right corner. To left, front door, close to angle, 6- panel, bottom 2 flush, top 2 glazed: no lintel. 2 windows beyond groundand first floor, as gable but with cambered brick arches. Vertical joint in brickwork between windows, in line with chimney on ridge. Window openings to right of this have been narrowed slightly. Internally front door opens into a room with large brick fireplace: front windows have internal shutters on ground floor.
