The following building shall be added:

SINGLE STREET, BERRY'S GREEN Bell Cottage TQ 45 NW 14/261 II

House. Mid C16 with later alterations. Render over C16 timber frame; gabled concrete-tire roof; C17 brick central ridge stack; C18/19 rendered brick right end stack. 2-unit lobby-entry plan, with former hall to left. 2 storeys; 4-window range. Blocked central doorway with C20 window. Flat rendered arches over C20 two-light windows; segmental-arched C20 windows to outer bays of-ground floor. C20 porch to left interior: stop-chamfered beams with C20 joists; beam to left is tenoned into bressumer of C16 smoke bay; old plank door with strap hinges to right. Old elm planks to first floor, which has timber studwork to gable end walls; central timber-framed smoke bay has smoke-blackened wattle and daub infill, and inserted C17 chimneystack. Three-bay collar-truss roof with clasped purlins and straight wind braces.
