Shop, office and flats above. 1890s. . A. Thomas. Stone, with timbered 1st floor jettied on brackets with decorated bressumer and pargeted panels cast from Flemish C17 Biblical scenes, and tile roof. 2 storeys with attic; 2 bays, canted corner bay and 2 bays to Sandfield Road. 1st bay breaks forward under gable. Coved cornice. 1st bay has shop front with curved windows and leaded overlight to paired half-glazed doors; 2nd bay has casement with leaded upper lights. 1st floor rectangular oriel on brackets with leaded lights; 4-light attic window above to 1st bay. Angle has Tudor-headed entrance with half-glazed door. Canted 1st floor oriel with elliptical headed windows with octagonal drum with vertical bull's eyes, ogival cupola has open stage with balusters and short spine with button finial. Return similar with to 1st bay of 1st floor a 2-light casement with gable and flanking smaller lights.
