Town house. Late C18. Granite ashlar with plinth and keyed arches to ground and 1st floors; steep asbestos slate roof with modillion cornice; slatehanging on studwork to left-hand end; outbuilt brick stack on left, rendered stack on right. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys; regular 2-window range front. Probably original or early C19 hornless sashes with glazing bars; square sashes to 2nd floor; original pedimented doorway on right with moulded architrave and consoles with guttae panelled reveals and original 6-panel door approached by 4 granite steps. INTERIOR: glazed door with coloured margin panes to entrance hall; moulded C18 ceiling cornice to front room and panelled doors including an 8-panel door and possibly original or stick baluster staircase with turned newels.
