Two houses. 1860s. Brick with ashlar dressings; tile roof with brick stacks. Gothic style. 2 storeys with attic; 5-window range; gabled forward break to right of centre. String course and 1st floor sill course, fascia with pendants and plain bargeboards. Entrance to left of centre has altered surround and overlight to door with segmental-pointed head and 3 cusped lights; segmental-headed entrance with key over similar door to right end. Ground floor has window with altered surround and tripartite plate-glass horned sash to left end; forward break has tripartite window with shaped heads to horned sashes and label mould taken over armorial bearing; 1st floor has pointed windows with shafts with foliate capitals and sashes, paired lights to forward break has banded brick arches over archivolts; attic has 2 gabled dormers with Y-tracery windows and small gabled light to right end.
