Farmhouse and barn under continuous roof. Dated I804, probably with earlier core.
Coursed squared gritstone, flush gritstone dressings and quoins. Stone slate roof
with gable end stacks. Bracketed, moulded, wooden eaves gutter. Two storeys,
three bay front. Off-centre doorcase to east with moulded architrave and bracketed
hood. Lintel inscribed 'EB I804'. Three three-light flush mullion windows with
small panes, some with small central glazing bar sashes. Above three similar windows.
Single storey recessed parapeted addition to east gable wall. Above doorcase,
inserted plaque decorated with flower and incribed 'IB'. To west barn with two door-
cases with quoined surrounds, one flat headed, one with four-centred arch. West
gable has carved crouching animal ridge finial. Rear elevation has two and three-
light mullion windows. Interior has stone flagged floors, some original built-in
cupboards and shutters. Also two large stone, bracketed fireplaces.
