Includes: No.65 THOMAS STREET. 3 houses. Dated 1882. Built for Bathurst estate. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof; 2 diagonally-set stone flues on corbelled-out stack to left end, ridge stack to centre rebuilt in reconstituted stone. 3 gables to front; Cotswold style. Building is L-plan on corner site with Thomas Street. Single storey and attic; 2-window range. Two 3-light chamfered stone mullion-and-transom windows to ground floor with leaded top lights; 3 similar 2- and 3-light chamfered stone-mullion windows with leaded lights in gables above. 2 boarded doors in chamfered stone surrounds with 4-centred arched heads to centre and right; doors have matching C19 iron knockers, escutcheons and decorated hinges. Gables have moulded stone coping; left end gable has stone blocks with moulded coping on kneelers and apex. Shallow plinth; moulded string over ground floor. Rounded corner under corbelled-out stack to left end. Facade is articulated by 3 square section moulded C19 cast-iron rainwater pipes. Front to Thomas Street similar. INTERIORS not inspected.
