House. Late C18/early C19. Limestone ashlar; Welsh slate
parapeted roof; rebuilt brick right-end stack. 3-storey
4-window range. First floor has four 6/6-pane sashes in plain
reveals with stone cills; second floor has four similar
3/6-pane sashes. 4 similar 6/6-pane sashes to ground floor;
6-panel door with decorative fanlight in moulded stone
doorcase with open dentil pediment to centre, 6-panel door
with single-pane overlight in round-headed opening with beaded
reveal to left. Shallow plinth; band course over ground and
first floors; moulded stone cornice and coped parapet.
INTERIOR noted as having contemporary staircase.
