House with attached wing or former cottage, now in one occupation as shop and flat. Early C18 with late C18 and later alterations. Stucco to front; Welsh slate roof; rebuilt reconstituted stone left-end stack on main range to right. Main range to right is 3-storeys, 5-windows; range to left is 2 storeys and attic, 2-windows. Main range has five 6/6-pane sashes in plain reveals; 5 similar windows to second floor. Late C19 shop front across entire ground floor; plate glass windows divided by glazing bars with carved bases, 1/1-pane sash surviving to right. Half-glazed central door; 4-panel door to right with single-pane overlight. Stone pilasters to left and right, carved console brackets and moulded cornice. Band course over first floor and at eaves; cill band to second floor. Smaller range to left has 4/4-, 6/6-, 4/4-pane triple sash and small 2/2-pane sash in plain reveals to first floor; smaller shopfront to match main range has single plate glass window and 4-panel door to right with single-pane overlight. C20 window in gable to left side lights attic. Rear of main range has two 2-light timber casements to first floor in moulded stone surrounds, possible early C18 with stone mullions cut out. INTERIOR partially inspected; alterations and additions, including imported architectural features and staircases, carried out by present owner; panelling to first floor left said to come from Nos 2 and 4 Dyer Street (qv).
